Return Policy  

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.  

 

Return Eligibility  

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We provide a prepaid return label for approved returns.

 

How to Initiate a Return

2.If your return is approved, We will create a return label for you, and we will cover the return costs.

3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues  

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.  

If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us before making a return request.  

 

Exchanges  

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to:  

1. Return the original item following our return process.  

2. Place a new order for the desired item after your return is approved.  

 

Refund Process  

1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.  

2. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.  

3. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
